03 / EXPERIENCE & FOUNDATIONS

Built through responsibility.
Grounded in engineering.

My experience spans quality assurance, enterprise project delivery and portfolio leadership at Ritech Solutions, working across distributed teams, customers and technology partners.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT & DIGITAL MOBILITY

Technology behind everyday journeys

Through Ritech Solutions, I work as an external consultant with an established European mobility technology company, supporting passenger apps for major urban public transport networks.

I coordinate delivery across native iOS and Android apps, digital ticketing, partner integrations, accessibility and release readiness. These are services people use to plan journeys, check live departures and buy tickets.

The impact is part of everyday life: helping people navigate a major city, find the right connection and access their tickets. Reliable releases and clear, accessible experiences matter well beyond the app itself.

ENTERPRISE & DISTRIBUTED DELIVERY

Leadership across organisational boundaries

Enterprise portfolio coordination across distributed teams and partner organisations, connecting customer priorities, delivery capacity, technical dependencies and management expectations.

TECHNICAL PROJECT & PRODUCT DELIVERY

From requirements to release

Backlog planning, estimates, change requests, stakeholder workshops, partner integrations, acceptance and mobile release coordination.

AI LITERACY & ENABLEMENT

Making AI useful across the organisation

Contributing to AI literacy, internal enablement and customer discussions, helping teams connect AI capabilities with practical workflows, product opportunities and pilot initiatives.

QUALITY ASSURANCE / CAREER FOUNDATION

Understanding how software works

Manual and automation testing experience that informs how I challenge requirements, assess risk and work with engineering teams.

04 / BEYOND WORK

Curiosity doesn't
clock out.

Away from delivery plans, I'm drawn to stories, places and ideas that give me a different perspective. These are a few easy ways to start a conversation with me.

THE SOUNDTRACK

Pink Floyd. Always in the mix.

Rock music is a constant, and Pink Floyd has a permanent place in the soundtrack. Give me a good album, time to listen and a conversation about what makes it great.

A little Dark Side of the Moon energy.

THE BIG QUESTIONS

History, politics & the why.

From ancient history to the forces shaping today's world, I enjoy understanding how people, power and ideas influence one another. I tend to have a few follow-up questions.

A DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE

New cities. And the flight there.

I love travelling and getting to know a place through its streets, culture and history. Aviation is a curiosity of its own: the aircraft, the operations and everything happening behind the scenes.

STORIES THAT STAY

Cinema, art & a good book.

A film worth discussing, a museum worth exploring, or a book that opens up a new idea. I like stories that leave me with something to think about long after they end.
